Troubleshooting

This page collects the first diagnosis paths for users and support.

Service Not Reachable

Check in this order:

  1. Is the agent online?
  2. Is the correct agent assigned to the service?
  3. Is the internal target address reachable from the agent perspective?
  4. Are there recent events in the dashboard?
  5. Was the service or domain changed recently?

Agent Offline

Possible causes:

  • The container or add-on is not running.
  • The token is missing or wrong.
  • The environment cannot reach Tunely outbound.
  • The local volume was replaced and the agent starts without expected state.

Wrong Target Address

localhost and 127.0.0.1 are common sources of errors. From the perspective of a container or add-on, these addresses point to the runtime itself. Use a reachable LAN address, local DNS name, or Compose service name instead.

Support Information

Useful information for support and troubleshooting:

  • Agent module and version.
  • Platform, for example Docker, Home Assistant, or Synology.
  • Agent status in the dashboard.
  • Internal target address without secret tokens.
  • Relevant log lines without secrets.
